Publish tarball for non-Ubuntu users #44

I'd like to package your project for Gentoo, but am unable to do so because you 
have only published a .deb on the website. Gentoo and i'm sure other 
distributions as well would appreciate other download formats such as a source 
tarball. 

Steps to fix this problem:
1. run "python setup.py sdist"
2. upload tarball
