Installation issue - Periscope not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install both deb's form Downloads section
2.
3.

This machine is Ubuntu 10.10, python beatifulsoup 3.1.0.1, python periscope 
0.1.13-1 
I have other 10.04 manchine working flawlessly with periscope. 

This is a terminal output of a periscope execution:
