Hi
nice will be add polish provider of subtitles "Napi-projekt"

Already is in XBMC subtitles and is full write in python :) so i think easly 
can be added.

It's already and Python, so this should really ease its integration in 
Periscope.

No. The API page seems to be down, I don't understand Polish and nobody
decided to implement it :)
