[issue] remove skipwinre parameters for windows isos for build 26052+ #41

i want to announce the neccessaty of removal of this parameter for windows 11 24h2 because newer and modernized installation is based from WinRE. so removing the installation will not occur and it said the installation has failed.

solution is setting configuration.ini file the skipwinre parameter to 0.
