Download Windows 11 ISO file from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 Use Rufus tool to create a bootable USB which can also install W11 on unsupported hardware.
It seems Ventoy (recommended) and Balena Etcher already supports it, both being cross-platform unlike Rufus.

I mentioned Rufus because it can support the installation of W11 on unsupported hardware, which many people face issues with (most likely OP too).
Ya, I did google specifically for Win11 on unsupported hw before posting, other Users confirming it worked, at the time at least.
Please explain me.
