I got a prompt about it, but still appears as "Product Activated" when I look on the Account page
I have started to get this now.
Apps are no longer activated, tried multiple apps to Convert to Volume again and again but with no success. Also tried the activator multiple times, but with no success. Reset Office license status and activated it again but still nothing. When I activate it says MondoVL has been activated but when I open the office it says not activated. The Trial is over

@prmcmanus
Was the prompt similar to this? https://github.com/abbodi1406/KMS_VL_ALL_AIO/issues/29#issuecomment-1119277799
Did you use uninstall option in KMS_VL_ALL before when that prompt appeared?
@WindowsAddict exactly that prompt I had already activated beforehand, and it remained activated. The prompt came up but my activation status didn't change.
I haven't tried reactivation or activating a fresh install

Download https://github.com/abbodi1406/WHD/raw/master/scripts/OfficeScrubber_8.7z
Run Clean_Subscription_Licenses.cmd
Now run activation (don't use uninstall option in KMS_VL_ALL) and see if it's activated.
About the get genuine office prompt, how did you download and install O365?

@prmcmanus did the get genuine office prompt appear only once, or with every time you open any office app? or does it appear randomly?
@WindowsAddict just once in one of the apps. I've opened them all since and had no issues
@XBadFellaX
did you try this? https://github.com/abbodi1406/KMS_VL_ALL_AIO/issues/29#issuecomment-1119594758
@prmcmanus I also got the same behavior with O365 in my test, let me know here if you see this window again.

did you try this? #29 (comment)
@WindowsAddict yes I did, it says Licenses clearing successful, then I restart, then I open KMS Activator again and it says MondoVL has been activated. But when I open Word, it says Trial has expired.
Afaik Office Mondo releases are designed to expire after a certain period of time since they are all test builds not available for general public.

Solution for the popup. https://infohost.github.io/office-license-is-not-genuine
@WindowsAddict I have just got my first "counterfeit product" popup and clicked on the close button; also I have freshly installed O365 on a new PC without any hassle. In short, there isn't any problem right now.
I couldn't get it to work. I have now got O365 from my university where I study so I am going to close this. I am downgrading my PC from Windows 11 to Windows 10 this weekend anyways, so a fresh installation might fix this.
So, I scrubbed the office completely and redid the installation steps for Mondo.
No matter how many times I activate, I get the following.
Does any one have any suggestions?
@XBadFellaX
reg query "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Licensing\LicensingNext"
Please run this command and share the output.
Here's the output. `HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Licensing\LicensingNext mondovolume REG_DWORD 0x0 InstalledGraceKey REG_DWORD 0x1 MigrationToV5Done REG_DWORD 0x1
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Licensing\LicensingNext\3fba2f41bb086d3c HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Licensing\LicensingNext\64ae778e-51e5-4f96-a91e-0654e6d43418 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Licensing\LicensingNext\CIDToLicenseIdsMapping`
I think it's fixed now though, should have researched more, I guess.
I ran these three from the Office Scrub folder.
Then did a restart, and ran KMS activator again.
Its was activated this time, but now the Office genuine nag shows up as a banner on the top.
Then I ran the fix that you had mentioned above for that, the nag is no longer showing up. https://infohost.github.io/office-license-is-not-genuine
Thanks for your help, appreciate it! The thing about Mondo is that I can use Visio and Project as well which I cannot with my university license.
Cheers!
Since this morning Microsoft has started detecting the program as Trial version and says invalid license.
