Autorenewal doesn't work #55

I am experiencing an issue with auto-renewal. After about a week, the script stops working and I have to manually launch it. This is tedious, and reinstalling the software does not help. Can you please advise on the potential problem and how to solve it?

Make sure to exclude (allow) this file and registry in your protection/Anti-virus program

"C:\Windows\System32\SppExtComObjHook.dll"

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\SppExtComObj.exe"

Thank you for your reply. But I don't have any antivirus installed on my system. Microsoft defender if also deactivated. What else could it be?

image No, it runs every day at 8 p.m.

He is saying that it should not be running, turn it off/disable it.
