0.75.0 Breaks Visual Studio 2022

Win10 22H2. After Installation, VS 2022 Registry is broken. VS Installer shows that VS2022 is not installed while VS2022 installed files are still there.

• Installer doesn't add or remove any VS registry, and nothing changed compared to previous versions
• When you say v75, you would mean VC++ 14.38.32919.0 because that's what changed
• VS2022 non preview contain older vcredist 14 version, which will be replaced by the above version, this may make VS complain that's one of its components are missing
• I checked the registry which new vcredist add, it's the same as all previous versions
