Add a reference to the normal range with Mokka chart feature #81

What should be the improvement?
I would like to Mokka chart feature can be added with reference to the normal 
range and more easily read. 
Could you detail it by giving examples (code, files)?
Please kind of find attached image file. Sample is EMG chart.

This is an interesting idea. Have you these reference data? Is it necessary to 
manage the anthropometric data (age, height, weight) of the subject to scale 
the reference data?

Sure, We are trying to establish a normal gait database (ages 2 to 22). So I 
hope Mokka can define a rule or database interface. And allow users to attach 
their standard reference to the chart feature. Perhaps we can discuss the 
details. This feature is very useful from our experience. And I also hope Mokka 
to have more user-friendly experience.
