Create a set of CAD-like tools that allow users to do the following:

~~Create Points by single-clicking any area of the drawing view that does not already contain a Point~~
~~Create Edges between two points. Right clicking terminates the edge.~~
~~Select Points and Edges by single-clicking on them in the drawing view, or by selecting a Point in the listView on the right.~~
~~Delete Selected Points and Edges~~
~~Pan and Zoom using the mouse~~
