We need a better way to make mics work on zoom calls #3

Somehow on every Zoom call, there's at least one issue with someone's mic. We need a better way to make sure everyone has a working mic before the call starts.

Let's discuss some options!

  1. Make everyone join early to test their mic
  2. Make everyone call from the same room where we know the mic works

I'm using a Jabra Speaker that works really well (if I select the correct micro :-) )
