Here is our plan on creating a lesson. Edits on this issue can't be seen because it was originally created on a personal student repo. You can access and see the edit history here.
Step 1: Have Knowledge on Lesson Topic
Each team member is expected to do their research on our lesson topic(s), minimum research of reading the lesson starters provided for 3.6 and 3.7 and watching the AP Classroom videos under Big Ideas 3.6 and 3.7.
Step 2: Divide Lesson into 4 Parts (each team member assigned one)
3.6 Conditionals
Introduction to Conditionals ("If statements") with code example. Create one hack specifically for just "if statements"
^Shriya
Introduction to "If else statements" with code example. Create one hack specifically for "If else statements"
^Nathan
3.7 Nested Conditionals
Introduction to nested conditionals with Draw.io (flowchart) example and code example. Create one hack for nested conditionals
^Abby
Include Draw.io (flowchart) examples for 3.6 sub lessons. Include Pseudocode examples for all sub lessons. Create an additional hack to each sub lesson.
^Justin
Step 3: Create each sub lesson in the forked repository
Objectives:
create a folder under the period 5 folder for "Conditionals Team"
under the folder, create 4 jupyter notebook files that each team member will be working on (person with the fourth assignment for lesson division can create their own file to have a place to put their examples but will eventually put them in its respective sub lesson file)
create a submenu so that each part of the lesson can be accessed from a "Conditionals" homepage (?)
homepage will be the introduction to conditionals page
make sure that during this process, no issues in working with fork and pulling any changes from main
Step 4: Pull Request into main
Objectives:
create a pull request for the forked repository
pull request will likely have contents of this issue
