Wishlist: xgamer menu entries should be available in the openbox menu #5

As the title says:
xgamer menu entries should be available in the openbox menu.

That way, it's only necessary to launch xgamer once.
The user can then switch to it to start any games almost the same way he
switches virtual desktops to switch activities. :)
One can switch from one game to another without having to restart the X
session.

Added openbox menu entries for xgamer applications (as of 0.3.0).

New code so untested (outside of my system) but should work.
