Missing URL field does not remove Binder button #35

From my understanding, if the dataset entry in a catalog does not have a url field, both the Download with DataLad and Explore with Binder buttons should disappear. But this does not happen for the binder button.

This has been addressed by 7be4d66b8f0dc9a67cd05f01b004dfaee3e9998d, 1aeeb814575b8be92c67bde2f445eb561e983807, and 7fff60f34b1a0393f4c3baca7742750d560a76ac
