Improve process for building and provisioning distribution file #3

Currently, the building process is done manually and locally, and the resulting file is just copied to wherever it is needed.

Building: probably via a github action on push to master, and then uploading the build artefacts (minified JS file) somewhere. Distribution: perhaps via jsdeliver? https://www.jsdelivr.com/github

P.S. this issue should probably be moved to https://github.com/psychoinformatics-de/json-editor.
