Raspberry Pi 5 with Ubuntu? #7

Hi, just curious as Ubuntu is not listed here for the Raspberry Pi 5. Is there any package that cannot be installed/compiled from source? I just received Raspi 5 and I was about to set it up. As I was planning to install Ubuntu I wanted to know first if there are going to be any issue.

Sorry, I don't have RPi5, so cannot check & confirm. You may try. Most likely the script will work OK on RPi5 with Ubuntu 20, 22 & 24. However if you are using Ubuntu24, then mlat wont be available, as Ubuntu24 uses python3.12 instead of python3.11

yeah, the other day I tried to install dump1090 and it seems to work just fine. I'll try to install also piaware but I think it will work
