打包 deepin-wine5-dev #7

deepin-wine5 系列的包除了 deepin-wine5 deepin-wine5-i386 外还有一个 deepin-wine5-dev。

这个我知道，因为考虑到这个dev包在绝大多数场景下不需要，也几乎没人去用。这个工程主要参考自deepin-wine的aur，看他们也没加dev包，所以当时就懒得加这个包了。你的什么地方用到这个包了吗？

发现CI失败了，顺手修复了一下

倒也没有。 我只是单纯的无意中发现 deepin 那边还有个这个包 aur 上没打，就随手给打了下。

没有用到的话就暂时关了，少维护一个包，少一份维护量
