Implement CEX deposits tracking #28

When a new block is in:

  1. Find addresses sending to a main exchange address for the first time.
  2. Record any addresses from (1) as deposit addresses.
  3. Repair any metrics depending on exchange addresses and supply, starting from first tx of newly found deposit addresses.
