Add workflow for deployment to spaces #40

This PR adds a workflow which is automoatically run once a day or whenever a push occurs on the master branch.

The workflow fetches and manipulates data then uploads the output to DigitalOcean spaces.

Files are available at https://abcnewsdata.sgp1.digitaloceanspaces.com/covid-data/

This removes both newsdev3 and content ftp from the mix.

Setup deployment workflow
Add workflow branch to action
Remove npm test from action
Move credential fetch into FTP block
Move credential fetching inside backupData function
Let the workflow die if an upload fails
Remove workflow branch from push trigger
