5 months ago I see you've expanded the fulldesc to multi-line. Be aware that will look… well, unexpected with F-Droid.org, as they replace each line break with a <br> – which is why my PR had that as a single line. Details on this can be found in the documentation I've linked.
PS: that's not an issue with IzzyOnDroid, where the updater takes care to transform the file accordingly.
Further note: the Arabic (?) screenshots should not be in en-US but in their corresponding locale structure. And there's no need to duplicate the English descriptions to all other locales: if a locale is not available, it automatically falls back to en-US – so I'd suggest you remove those duplicates.

For some help working with fastlane metadata, be welcome to visit the IzzyOnDroid Fastlane Documentation. You might wish to add e.g. per-release changelogs, or a featureGraphic, or additional locales…
