Develop examples of good catalogs #13

Please develop a set of OPDS Catalogs that should be valid according the the 
schema. Some should be transformations of existing catalogs that been 
observed in the wild. Add the Catalogs to 
http://openpub.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/schemas/tests/files/

I started poking around in subversion to look at the current examples. I tried 
level 
setting by getting the current test suite to run. 

I followed the instructions in the README, and got the dependencies (trang, msv 
and 
nose) working. But the tests didn't pass for me (results attached). 

Can anyone (Keith?) confirm if the current test suite should be working or not?

r205 added a little utility to pull down a opds catalog feed, and any 
additional pages 
or feeds it references. I also added a crawl of the feedbooks.com catalog I'm 
saying 
this task is done, because the fate of the test suite isn't exactly clear. If 
this is 
a mistake please re-open.
