Draft markup for representing a title that can only be acquired in certain locations #23

We need to have markup inside acquisition links that represent a title that can 
only be acquired in certain locations (countries, regions, whatever).

I'd suggest looking to borrowing some markup from the ONIX 2.1 
specification.

Please note that any discussion should happen on the mailing list rather
than the comments of the issue tracker.

Mailing list threads should reference the number of any open Issue in the
Subject line " (#ISSUE)".

Borrowing from ONIX 2.1 sounds like a good idea but I don't want to have any 
client 
requirements based on this metadata.

Catalogs should be responsible for that and only display and allow transactions 
for 
titles that are on sale in your territory.

This should be useful for aggregators, not clients.
