Support in catalog entries for writing direction and script #25

We should support/encourage authors of publications in non-Latin scripts
to include information about the script in their catalog entries.

This is intended to facilitate clients in filtering out scripts or writing-
modes that it cannot support.

For example, some Japanese content might be formatted expecting a
vertical text-direction, and associated right-to-left page progression.
Smart clients should recognize that they might not be able to support this
(for example, any WebKit-based reader cannot support vertical text), and
perhaps filter out or prompt the user for action.

While Atom gives us the ability to describe the language of a publication,
as a book-centric format we should provide more metadata to describe
the intended script of the publication. I would propose borrowing some of
the language from CSS3:

Page progression: http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-page/#progression

Writing-mode: http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-text-layout/

but presumably the actual elements would have to come from the OPDS
namespace rather than Atom.

I don't believe this is required for 1.0, so moving to 1.1.

I believe this should be in 1.1.
