If the CatalogSpecDraft is accepted as 0.9 by the openpub community, publish a 
static version on 
opds-spec.org and make sure the headings are numbered.

In my opinion, the spec could gain in reading clarity if all the reserved 
expressions 
(defined in the terminology section) were highlighted using some kind of 
typographic 
convention.

In an HTML version italics could be used to this effect.
In a plain text version maybe something like *Reserved Word* could be done

Italics still could be added for terms if others feel they'd add more than 
distract.
