CatalogSpecDraft: MUST/SHOULD/MAY an Acquisition Feed use a sorting relation? #44

In the section "OPDS Catalog Relations", it says that the relations "start" and 
"subsection" MAY be used in a feed. MUST, SHOULD, or MAY an Acquisition Feed 
use one of the three sorting relations defined in the following section?

I've added "These relations SHOULD be used when creating Navigation Feeds and 
the OPDS Catalog Root." Does that clarify sufficiently and follow our intent?
