Changed volume and brightness slider's style #109

I made them following the style of A12/13's system volume bar, now they both look good in white/dark mode.

I am sorry i dont want to be picky, the idea of a moving icon is new

but but it feels weird , like none of the native players, does it , they all include a bar that fills, so this idea is a bit creative, for me i would rather stick with a filling bar , (of course theme related that is a nice addition )
