Short video Progress bar style problem! #129

I found a strange problem. When the length of the video is less than 15 seconds, the style of the Progress bar becomes strange! how should we solve it?

Those are steps by seconds, right now I can't solve it due to being busy

If you can fix it and make a pr I would happily merge it
