Problem deleting projects (fix patch included)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On the home screen, click on any project and after answering Yes in the 
confirmation dialog, the database will remain unchanged.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I expect the project to be deleted and the UI to reflect it accordingly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Latest svn revision (r10) on Ubuntu server 10.4. Apache 2/php5

Please provide any additional information below.
- I took the time to debug the problem. I took the liberty of creating a patch 
with the fix.
