Getting Spam callls #2

The twillio number we are using is currently getting calls from random number and it causing us to get messages from twillio. Twillio does have a blacklist feature, but we need a whitelisting feature that only triggers with the incoming number we set (The number of the Gate). This can probably be applied from the application side.

Added a whitelist in order to reject calls not coming from the apartments telephone system. Thankfully it's static, but I have set it as a list just in case.
