Add a nearest stop list based on GPS or network location #17

The application already has a bus stop map that can show the user's location 
and show them graphically the nearest bus stops. Some users may prefer a 
quicker solution that shows the nearest bus stops to the user, in order of how 
close they are. Implement this facility as a new feature.
