<trkseg> tag during Pause #73

Pressing pause during logging should later in converting to GPX file add a 
track segment by adding corresponding <trkseg> and </trkseg> tags. Or maybe 
some dialog asking what to do.

With current data structure this is not so easy. But I can begin a new trkseg 
if the logging is paused for a certain amount of time (e.g. 10s). With this 
solution a new segment will also be created when the logging is interrupted for 
10s due to failing GPS signal.
The function must be enabled in Kml/Gpx options.
