json2xml_str not working - always empty String

json2xml_str is not working, i tried also the exmaple from readme, the result is always empty (empty string?)

xml_str2json is working perfectly

It looks like that method is gone. It looks like it's been replaced with xml2js, but not certain.

The readme is useless.
