Add license file #75

The code in this repo is licensed under a Apache Licence v2, according the the package.json.

This MR adds a LICENSE file and changes the license name in the package.json to the SPDX variant.

The main benefit of this is that the license will show up correctly in other places, like the Github information for this repo or on NPM, and related services/calls.
