Create Forum for task solutions #6

I am opening this PR in regards of #2. I ave added isso config file. The issue is not solved completely, I have oppend this PR to remain in loop with maintainer and other contributors.

So here are the work left to do :

Adding all the tasks into the tasks directory
grouping the tasks into sub-directories called Sections
Updating the markdown to HTML code ( currently markdown is directly converted to text )
Updating the home page for the selection of Section and Tasks from the Home page ("Section 2.1 Task 3" will be the title of each page)
Integrating with the live server
