Insufficient liquidity Error #1

Hi, I added two tokens into the pool successfully, but when i try to swap i keep getting "Insufficient liquidity" error

Sometimes it takes a time to load the liquidity and routing. Better to ask it to PancakeSwap.

I just realised even the Add Liquidity might not be working.

Even though the transaction was succesful, when i go back to the add liquidty page some time after,its still saying that i am the first to add liquidity, and my token balances dont even change
