attiny2313@8MHz false Delay #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
there shold be a delay of 1000ms, but it was a delay of 10s

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arduino IDE 1.0.1, the latest core version, win7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
with 1MHz its working correct

Did you change the fuse settings when testing at 8 MHz?

After selecting the 8 MHz "board", execute Tools / Burn Bootlader to change the 
fuse settings.
