Add all theme & syntax variables #173

I know that only variables that must be present from theme and syntax less files are added. However, is there anyway to have all of the variables added? I'm working on a syntax package and I'd like all of the variables added while I work on the package. Thanks.

I think I had tried to parse directly the theme's sources at one point but I don't remember why I dropped that. I'll have to dig the commit history to find out why.
