"Convert To" does not appear in the context menu

"Convert To" does not appear in the context menu #403

I can't right click on a color to convert colors. There is no entry for Pigments in the contextual menu. Command palette is working. Is there some sort of settings to enable the entry in the contextual menu?

Atom 1.28.0 and Atom Beta 1.29.0, Pigments 0.40.2, Mac OS X 10.13.5

Just for reference, would you mind adding your Atom, Pigments and OS version?
