Small change which suprisingly removed the blockage preventing me from accessing virtually all commands.

I'd be fine with merging the lib/tasks/load-paths-handler.coffee changes, but could you please revert the changes to the package-lock.json ? I just uploaded the one generated on my machine, and it seems to conflict

Removed the package-lock and rebased!
