Setting `Default Column Delemiter` is ignored in initial preview in the file open dialogue. #67

Change Default Column Delemiter to e.g. \t Open file with tabs as separator. Observe error even through \t is highlighted in the file open dialogue. Click on \t to reparse the file correctly for preview.
