Saving write protected files fails silently #68

Reproduce:

  1. open .csv file in tablr and in MS Excel
  2. edit in tablr
  3. try to save save -- nothing happens

It happens to me even if the file is not in use in another editor.

I have to exit the csv tab in Atom to get prompted to save it.

PS: aside of that, this plugin is excellent as I can keep editing my CSV file right from Atom 👍
