When Atom's window is too small, the top of the "Choose between table and text editor" gets cut off, which obscures the buttons. In this view, Tablr only allows you to scroll down, and not up, so you have to resize the window. It looks like the problem might arise when the package rearranges the CSV Settings to be two columns instead of three.
