Feature Request: Button/hotkey to auto-size all columns #91

This existing column autosize functionality is great, but it would be fantastic to have a hotkey/button/something to trigger this for all columns in the current file.

Would do the equivalent of clicking the current 'Adjust width to content' button for each column.
