Hello. Thanks for the amazing work first!

I have a question about your code. The function getVBSegments at https://github.com/abedavis/visbeat/blob/e6b7c5da1d2007b98fd53ba4b5ca6d58c75f17c0/visbeat/__init__.py#L439 seems not to be used in any case. Is my understanding right?

What does this function do and when it should be used?
