Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run Program: full_retirement_age_calculator_app.py
Enter 2019 for year of birth
Enter any valid month of birth
.
Expected behavior
When 2019 is entered for year of birth, program should return:
Your full retirement age is 67 and 0 months
This will be in (appropriate month) of 2086
