Fix the text in the Character HUD #63

The following are currently problems with the Character HUD

The font is black(it should be white or something more contrasting)
The victory conditions don't show the player's actual victory conditions
The victory conditions show as one long string. I think a sub-panel would be needed to show them on top of each other. This can be easily added

Each of the above issues has been fixed except for the content. Hoping to have this done soon. @theBartman are we able to "get" the victory conditions from the player and their current status?
