Show something before the map loads #71

It takes a few seconds for the game screen to actually load. I think before the game loads, we could totally have text in the middle of the screen that says "Loading map" or something of the like.

I wrote "Loading Map..." in the center of the screen while the map loads. It's pretty classy.
