Export presentation: I receive both pptx and ppt #627

From documentation: if I export a presentation I should receive a ppt file.

and_files
But I receive pptx file for presentations and ppt for old format presentations.

@andrew: issue 623 is about changed export formats.  Issue 627 is about 
inconsistent output of Presentation. Or, better, I'm not able to understand 
what format google is sending to me.

If you export a Google presentation to either ppt or pptx, what you'll get is a 
file in pptx format. 
If you upload a ppt or pptx file to Drive but do not convert it to the Google 
presentation format, when you download it back you will get the file in the 
original format.

If your case is not one one these, can you please provide step-by-step 
instructions on how to reproduce the issue? Please also provide a sample 
presentation that triggers the issue if you can.
