Fix broken links & update BibTeX entries #14

It seems like Andrew's user website has been removed - breaking all of the links which referred to it.

This pull request changes these broken pdf links to their arXiv entry. For the slides, I was able to track them down from the internet archive. I wasn't sure where the best place to host these would be so I made the opinionated choice to host them with the website. I'd be happy to remove them from this PR though.

This also updates the BibTeX entries to use the new links and updates some entry types from unpublished to article.
