Why is docs/src/index.md separate #272

Description

I remember having issues when trying to rename index.md to 00-index.md, but I never wrote them down, so maybe I hallucinated them and should fix it, or I should write the reason down.

There is indeed a warning from Documenter:

Warning: Can't generate landing page (index.html): src/index.md missing
